Some incredibly incompetent people decided that it was a good idea to make the former O.P.P. station a place for homeless people to sleep. No doubt it was those same people who thought it was a good idea to spend more than $600,000 to put up a fence around Chippewa High School. Do these decisions make any kind of logical sense.? Boy oh incompetent boy!!!
