INGREDIENTS

  • 50ml Ceder’s Classic
  • 25ml Lemon Juice
  • 15ml Simple Syrup
  • 1 Egg White
  • Ice

RECIPE 

  • Add Ceder’s Classic, lemon juice, dimple syrup, and egg white to a cocktail shaker
  • Shake vigorously for 15 seconds
  • Add Ice
  • Shake again for 30 seconds
  • Strain into chilled glass and garnish

INGREDIENTS

  • 50ml Ceder’s Wild 
  • 50ml Pineapple Juice 
  • 10ml Ginger Syrup Dash of Non.Alc Bitter

RECIPE 

  • Dry shake all ingredients, follow with a brief wet shake over cubed ice 
  • Fine strain into a chilled coupette
  • Garnish with sage leaf or orange zest

INGREDIENTS

  • 50ml Ceder’s Classic
  • 10ml Elderflower Syrup 
  • 50ml Craft Lemonade
  • 10ml Dash Lemon Juice
  • Top with Soda Water

RECIPE 

  • Build in glass
  • Pour all ingredients (except soda water) into glass and stir to combine
  • Fill glass with cubed ice, top with soda water and stir gently to combine
  • Garnish with rosemary and mint

INGREDIENTS

  • 50ml Ceder’s Rose 
  • 100ml Premium Indian Tonic Water 

RECIPE 

  • Build ingredients in a glass filled with ice
  • Garnish with fresh raspberries and fresh mint leaves

  • 65ml Ceder’s Crisp
  • 20ml Lemon Juice
  • 20ml Agave
  • 12-14 Mint Leaves

  • Shake all ingredients over cubed ice and fine strain into a chilled coupette
  • Garnish with a large floating mint leaf

Cucumber Mint Julep with Ceder’s Classic 

INGREDIENTS

  • 2oz Ceder’s Classic
  • 0.5oz Cucumber mint syrup
  • 2 drops Herbal Infusion
  • 6 fresh mint 

RECIPE 

  • Shake all ingredients with ice
  • Strain into a flute glass over fresh ice
  • Garnish with a sprig of mint

Crisp Basil Smash with Ceder’s Crisp 

INGREDIENTS

  • 50ml Ceder’s Crisp
  • 10ml Simple Syrup
  • 10ml Fresh Lemon Juice 
  • Top with Soda Water (optional)  
  • Fresh basil

RECIPE 

  • Smash basil and lemon in a cocktail shaker
  • Add the rest of the ingredients (minus soda water) to a cocktail shaker filled with ice
  • Shake vigorously for 15 to 20 seconds
  • Strain into a glass filled with ice and top with soda water if a longer drink desired
  • Garnish with fresh basil

Pink Rose Garden with Ceder’s Rose 

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 oz Ceder’s Pink Rose
  • 1 small slice lemon peel
  • 2 sprigs thyme
  • 1 oz honey syrup
  • 1 oz freshly squeezed pink grapefruit juice
  • 2 oz soda water

RECIPE 

  • Gently muddle together lemon peel, 1 sprig of thyme and honey syrup
  • Add the remaining ingredients and stir
  • Add ice and top with soda water
  • Garnish with remaining sprig of thyme, zest of lemon, and dehydrated orange wheel

INGREDIENTS

  • 50ml Ceder’s Wild
  • 50ml Ginger Ale
  • Top with NoSecco 

RECIPE 

  • Build in a full glass of ice, top with NoSecco
