From the Beamsville Bench, Niagara Escarpment wine region, Cave Spring Csv 2022 is dry, medium-bodied Old Vines Riesling sourced from vines that were planted in the late-1970s. This is the winery's flagship Riesling and it is dry and zesty with plenty of citrus zest, orange blossom, petrol, stony and mineral notes zippy on the palate. The wine was aged in a combination of stainless steel and neutral oak barrels. Drink or hold to 2033.
