From the Wagner Family of Wines, the Pinot Noir grapes for Sea Sun 2021 (1500 ml) were sourced from multiple plantings of PN along the California coastline, where grapes are treated to cooling ocean breezes and lots of sunshine. The resulting wine is lush with dark cherry, plum, vanilla, cola and flinty mineral flavours supported by fine-grained and silky tannins. Very nicely done!
Pinot Noir food pairings: pork tenderloin, roast duck, veal chops from the grill.
