What you'll need:

  • Leftover cake
  • Large bowl
  • Potato masher
  • Baking sheet/large plate
  • Parchment paper
  • Skewers or lollipop sticks
  • Melted Chocolate (for coating)
  • Narrow glass or small bowl for dipping
  • Sprinkles (or toppings of choice)

Directions:

1. Place leftover cake into a large bowl and mash it up with a potato masher. Alternatively, you can use your hands if you don't have one.

2. Roll the cake into small balls using your hands and place onto a baking sheet or large plate with parchment paper and leave in fridge.

3. While the balls are setting, melt chocolate in 20 second increments and stir frequently to ensure all chocolate has melted.

4. Once the balls have set, push in skewers or lollipop sticks and dip each ball into the melted chocolate.

5. Dip the cake pops into sprinkles or other toppings of your choice.

6. Place the cake pops back into the fridge to speed up setting time (if needed).

7. Enjoy!
